  • Any recommendations if I am new to wigs?
    We suggest closure wigs, all are beginner friendly, easy to install.
  • Are all your wigs styled?
    Certainly, our HD closures and frontals are delivered pre-plucked, and we solely bleach the knots, dye the hair, and style it if a specific unit indicates these modifications. However, if you'd rather have the unit without these enhancements, please don't hesitate to contact us. Our aim is to accommodate your preferences and guarantee you receive the ideal product that aligns with your requirements.   • How long will it take to get the shipping information?/When can I expect my tracking?
    UK customers: When purchasing hair extensions, a standard processing time of 3 business days applies after confirmation. However, if your ordered product is customised to your specific request or is on sale, the processing time may be prolonged. Following the initial 3 days, you can anticipate a notification with delivery details, and the delivery will occur within 7 working days from that point. All remaining hair products are dispatched and delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Other Countries: Kindly review our shipping policy located at the bottom of our website.   • Why does it say pre-order?

    Our Indonesian is raw hair, capable of achieving a lift up to 613, while our Cambodian hair is our premium virgin hair, with a potential lift of up to 27.

Before finalising your wig purchase, please indicate the desired number of bundles by filling in the appropriate field within your shopping basket prior to checking out. Once you've done so, we'll promptly provide you with a link for the additional charge. Your wig production will commence once you've completed payment for the outstanding balance.
