UK Customers:
Free delivery when you spend over £120.

We utilise reliable shipping carriers to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your order. The expected delivery timeframe for orders within the UK is usually 7 working days.
Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays.
International Shipping:
For customers outside the UK, shipping options and prices may vary.
During the checkout process, you will be presented with available shipping methods and their associated costs based on your location.
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We kindly request that you get in touch with us and allow 5 working days for a response to your matter. We do not offer returns, exchange, or refunds for our hair products that have been altered, disassembled, or used. However, if the item has not been altered, disassembled, or used, a full refund will be issued upon our receipt of the product. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We will perform an inspection, and if the item does not meet our quality standards, unfortunately, we will return it to you.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective human hair product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We may require photo evidence or other supporting documentation to process your claim. Depending on the situation, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective product.
